I am a Professional Residential Real Estate Inspector licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, license number 9009.

I am a Certified Commercial Real Estate Inspector, certified by InterNachi.

I am a former Custom Home Builder having built over 150 homes in Colleyville, Southlake, Frisco, Hurst, and Bedford.

I am a Texas Department of Insurance Certified Inspector, license #36709061028.

I am a FEMA Certified Disaster Inspector.

I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).

I have passed NACHI's on-line inspector examination.

I have completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it.

I have passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them.

I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year.
